All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation.
If you receive a defective item or incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com, or call us at 09-624 5844, send us a whatsapp message at: 011-1680 0279. Our product specialist will assist in the troubleshooting without having to go to return process.
We do not accept defective or incorrect item refunds after 7 days you received.
Please send us email/whatsapp message with your order number, details of the product, image of the part of defect and your order invoice. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Replace (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and the item is in stock. We cannot accept requests for changing color or size and also any provided varation. Replacement is only acceptable for the purchased item.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will only refund in original invoice price (in Ringgit Malaysia). This will take a certain amount of days and PBH MUSIC ART SOUND AND LIGHTING will not bare any bank/transaction/service and also other fees.

There are certain items that cannot be returned for very specific reasons. These items include:
- Special orders
- Oversized or overweight items
- Discontinued products, closeouts, and used products
- Personal items (earphones, fingertip guard, any strings, recorders, flutes, pianicas, harmonicas, instrument mouthpieces, etc.)
