The shipping fee is calculated based on
a.) dimension weight of the product (width x height x length) or actual weight whichever is higher
b.) distance from our warehouse facility.
Shipping fee vary depending on your country, region and weight of the purchases.
Be mindful that import taxes vary from country to country. If you have any concerns regarding customs/duty taxes, please contact the customs department for the country you are having your package delivered to (international orders). It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any VAT taxes, duty/customs taxes on good purchased outside of the country that the package is being delivered to.
Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing and verification.
For West Malaysia customers, “in stock” items usually takes 2-5 business days to deliver. East Malaysia and international customers, delivery time will be solely depends to your chosen shipping agent.
Depending on the shipping region, delivery may take longer than usual, delivery also can be delayed due to adverse traffic condition or weather condition.
Please note that we only ship out from Sunday to Thursday, with the exception of Malaysia public holiday.
ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING
We will send you a tracking number when the orders are shipped out from our facility, you can check your shipping status on the website of your chosen courier.
RETURN GOODS IN CASE OF FAILED DELIVERY
If you cannot receive your order or the courier cannot deliver the order due to incorrect delivery information, please contact them and arrange redelivery immediately. Failed delivery will cause the order to get cancelled and return to us automatically. Please note that, the shipping cost of the returned order will be charged to you.
For international purchases, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes address. Delivery information that uses P.O. boxes as delivery address will lead to fail delivery.
For domestic customers, your orders can be ship via Gdex, PosLaju, Pos Malaysia & Airpak.
For International customers, your orders can be ship via DHL Express, Aramex, EMS & Pos Malaysia.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
All customers will be responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes and additional fees. Appointed shipping agent will charge buyer for customs duties by post after the delivery is made.
The rates of customs duties are decided by the customs authorities of the country or region in question. Please ask the customs authorities in your country and region for details.
We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation.
The request for return items will be accepted only if the items are unused and only if the customer contact within 7 days from time the freight received. For more information about return, please refer to our “Return and Refund” for more details.
